New lead for Akita puppy
"Used old lead from previous Akita we sadly lost to old age, but clip broke in use. Tried to get exact replacement as it had seen many years and many adventures in heavy use. Ankita's can be quiet boisterous when it takes their fancy so a strong lead is essential. Found your product on line, ordered and delivered in a couple of days (standard delivery, which is free) as we had a back up lead and did-not need next day. impressions so-far. Very strong double layered construction for lead and handle. Clip could do with being slightly larger as the collar we have has double d rings to prevent the fastening taking all the strain should our dog suddenly bolt for it, and on occasions because of this collar design they sometimes cross during use and put stress on the clip release bolt which I fear may be the weakest point of the whole lead. To be picky hand grip could do with some cushioning from new, but will no doubt soften with extended use. Overall excellent product, will replace like for like when time comes."
